1. Who we are

Starfish Beach Phu Quoc is an independent private tour operator. We are not affiliated with, and do not speak for, the Rach Vem village community, Phu Quoc National Park, the Phu Quoc Special Zone authorities or any other government body. Starfish Beach and Rach Vem are public places that anyone may visit.

2. Information on this site

We write about Rach Vem, Starfish Beach and the north of Phu Quoc from our own experience and check it regularly, but conditions change: sea state, starfish numbers, road works, opening hours and prices set by third parties can all change without notice. Your written booking confirmation is the version that counts for your tour.

3. Content and copyright

Text, photos and design on this site belong to Starfish Beach Phu Quoc unless stated otherwise. You may share links and quote short passages with credit; please do not copy whole pages or images without permission.

4. Links

We link to a few outside pages, such as WhatsApp and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

5. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
